I have two daughters and no way in Hell am I posting a picture of them on a website or in the paper to get them a date. Its just not any of my business if they want a date or not and I'm certainly not displaying them like a piece of meat. I did notice that it was his step-daughter. If I was the real father, I would be super pissed

The young lady appears to be in her 20's and is fairly attractive. She shouldn't have to stoop to this level to get a date from a guy. Plenty of guys would be more than willing to agree to a date with her if she just asked. By putting an ad in the paper, it looks desperate, and there are plenty of guys out there ready to take advantage of a nice girl.

Most of you guys are crazy on this one.

Guarantee this young lady is higher on the attractive scale than 90%+ of the Volnation posters. Maybe her job doesn’t bring her into contact with many eligible bachelors and the misguided dad has been hearing the complaints and came up with an out of the box idea? Lot’s of reasonable explanations for the ad, but most of you guys can only think of the negative. NegaVols and NegaDates.

Stories like this don’t come around often. If I were younger and single I’d be all over this if for nothing else than to have a great story to tell. Who knows, she might be your Vol game partner for years to come?

If the girl didn't know her dad was doing this, making fun of the way she looks is totally uncalled for.

If the girl knowingly (which she did) give the pictures to her dad (which is creepy "dad, I look super sexy in this tube top and stripper heels" "yeah, you do pumpkin") to pimp her out for a date, well, she gets what is coming to her for willingly taking part in this compete fiasco.

If I had a daughter, I'd want not part of this. I wouldn't want my son having anything to do with this girl... mostly because he's 1. But the point remains. This whole thing is just weird. And creepy.


And weird.

A tail chaser would say that. OK, Captain James Tiberius Kirk, our experiences with fems are all different. I learned pretty early where not to seek a partner. This example we're seeing is one of them, yep I've seen something like this before. And the outcome wasn't exactly positive shall we say. Poor guy. In another case, it was poor gal. My daughters were (some times), "Yesy, daddy girls." So actually (shcoked me) listened when I told them where to increase their chances of finding a good man. Someone who gave his time to doing good for others. One married a guy who was a carpenter. Meet him during volunteer work repairing cabins and shelters at state and national parks. The other married a marine who she originally met with a church group that did free home repairs such as roof work, installing secure window frames, and painting for elderly people.

They stayed away from bars and other places where alcohol and tail hunting is the main activity. Though started out not liking the marine very much (long story), they're all very content families. Been married for years now.

I don't see the big deal. Step Dad is trying to do something nice for his step daughter, who seems to appreciate the gesture. If it works for them, which seems to be the case, then that's really all that matters.
