Any updates on C-Mo injury?

Doesn’t sound good, honestly. 5 days later and still no word on the extent of the injury. That’s not usually a promising sign.

Hope it doesn’t turn into Gilbert’s saga. Both probably the most promising position players in the pros we have produced. Gilbert would’ve had a coffee in the MLB by now at least if not for his injuries. Moore probably would’ve had a september call up if not for his.

Great news on Moore, but I hope the Angels just shut him down and let him heal. He's not making the majors this season now, and there is no point in rushing him back just for a handful of extra AA games. Some rest and a normal off-season probably would be the most beneficial for him.

The ability to control these kids and their contracts is a terrible thing. It really undermines great progress made by the players just to keep control of their contracts for longer periods of time
