Vols in Summer Leagues Across Continent

Congrats to the players making the All American Summer team.

Other observations:
Price packed it in early on summerball
Moberg, Quillen, Manis and Bettencourt, others will not return. all will be missed
Viscaino gone... no biggie
Willams should be well rested and ready for a starting rotation spot from day one
Maddox will move back to 2B
Stewart to DH no OF position
Battle for 3B... to be continued
I hope we found a JUCO catcher
V Jax's pitching days are over
Staff will ease up on running players to regain some power in the legs at bats. (duh!)
Fall practice means nothing.

I may have missed a few but its early.

I like Maddox back at 2B.

I don't get your point about fall practice. I hope there's enough internal competition that it means something.

I'm guessing he means the fact that at least 3, if not all 4, of the players he mentioned are currently on campus and doing the morning workouts means nothing.
