In CFB, does it ever really end though? What have we spent every day since the Orange Bowl doing if not lurking in VN?

The only one I have a beef with being higher than us is Clemson. We walked the dog on those clowns, and I don’t see anything that would have them mightily improved. I guess they are holding a new QB against us.

I live about an hour from Tuscaloosa and I think I can almost hear the howls of rage from the local Elephant Brains once they saw they were ranked behind Michigan

Milton has started more games than Klubnik though if I am not mistaken? Someone go into the stands and ask his parents

Oh I agree. I don’t want to start the season too highly ranked. I enjoy „upsets“ over „expected wins“ any day of the week

Yeah...we pulled the dogs off too...playing backups and running the ball for about 300 yards after we had the game won. Last game either of us played....then we signed a recuiting class just as good as theirs IMO, grabbed some ballers from the portal like Thornton and Pili...but somehow they got better than us in the offseason? I call BS on this crap...is Clemson gonna be like Notre Dame now and be ranked in the top 10 every season regardless of their records and relative talent?? Insanity.

Bama’s roster is always loaded, but I feel like they are missing, or have question marks at some very important positions. The only way they come in at 3 is based upon name alone. A lot of people talk about how they only lost games by 4 points or whatever. They were also very fortunate to not have been 8-4 or 7-5, and that’s with 2 of the best players in college football last year.

Yeah, the very same quarterback that was MVP in the Orange Bowl. Makes just so much sense, don't it?

The love LSU is getting is a little confusing to me. They went 10-4 last year getting smoked by UT and giving up 50 to UGA. They lost a close one to FSU. They blew out a very mediocre Purdue team in the bowl game that was missing key players. They won a pretty weak SEC west last year imo. Maybe they'll be worth the hype but I'm not seeing it.

If we're doing it by the QB question mark USC should be #1 followed by LSU & Mich. I have no clue who UGA is gonna roll out on opening day. I don't think any of the Bama QB's are in the same area code as Young. OSU has new QB. Is PSU and FSU's QB's that much better than Milton?? We know for a fact Clemson couldn't hang with our current roster because we saw them play this version of UT in the Orange Bowl.
