Zero, literally zero people would say that Tennessee has a better resume than PSU. They were #3 and only lost to #4. Meanwhile, Tennessee's loss came to a crappy team that gave up 63 points to Ole Miss yesterday.
I'm a Tennessee fan too and I think that if UT wins out that they'll be in.

If they lose 2 games, there is no reason at all to put them in over PSU.
