Coach Garner got his d line whipped into shape. In my opinion this defense is going to be legit.
Yesterday at 12:32 PMSo what’s up with Cooper Mayes? Sorry if it’s been discussed in one of the other spring practice threads.
Not gonna lie. I'm having some..."questions" about Seldon
- I'm not sure why Cam Seldon only had 86 touches his SR year
- Didn't touch the ball once at Army Game ( I can chalk that up to player bias from those coaches...)
- BUT...Now that he's on campus he's been in a red jersey the whole time- yet when he was on spring break he's been lifting, running and looking awesome lol.
Yeah...i'm going to pump the breaks on him a bit.
I really hope I'm just being a bit critical. Because i'm not getting a favorable impression rn.
Seriously tho, Bishop had like 320 carries his senior year (440 as a junior )...and that cat is out there full go.
Nobody's talking about Tyre West.
Was a 5 star at one time.
Played a lot as a true freshman.
This kid is a stud. Can play DT or SDE.

What happened to Cooper Mays, I must have missed something, is he injured?
No. Coaches know what they have in him and Spraggins. They’re testing options for depth
We are 3 deep on DL. Not sure anyone is high caliber pass rusher but if we keep everyone fresh all the time they can go full speed for several reps and rotate another guy in. Omari Thomas is a stud DT and my guess is Norman-Lott will line up next to him. Baron has had moments but hasn’t shown ability to be a consistent pass rusher. West and Bailey can play SDE and will play a lot. We have a ton of talented LEOS but all are young except Harrison.A pass rush can make your secondary look like all Americans
