VW33, I agree that we aren't leading for RD right now, but I just feel like we always seem to land one big time steal out of Georgia and I just feel like he is trending in the right direction for us right now. Position of need, I think we will have good coaching there this year and production to sell to him, ect.

I wouldn't bet my house we get him, just have a good feeling.:hi:

Not much way that Cyrus lands anywhere other than Bama. His brother could conceivably have a falling out with the coaching staff and maybe send him elsewhere but I think we are closer to mind control technology in recruiting right now.

It appears the definition from Passion for "major player" is getting broader as time passes. By the end of the thread, it'll be something like, "Well, they know where Tennessee is on the map."

Wasn't Da'Rick Rodgers a GA commit around this time last year? There's nothing wrong with being optimistic or hopeful. At the end of the day, for all we know, GA could fall apart, Richt gets fired, or simply, they underachieve again. In a chain reaction, commits could open recruitment back up and look elsewhere. Or, ones that were considering GA have got everyone back on level terms. Many scenarios, long from over. Drew is a possibility.

By this I mean, yes there are more five listed if the kid even googled them but at this time in next years recruiting list most kids have narrowed down their choices to a top five as you mentioned. But to list all of those schools as major players for every kid is just naive.
