Recruits like Nike, therefore I like Nike. Adidas always screw up Tennessee orange anyways...
I agree if we switch to nike there's no telling what kind of ugly unis we will have. Take a look at oregon and maryland man them look awful. I hope we stay with adidas I thought they did a awesome job making our smokey gray unis. Plus your right nike don't know how to do tn orange right

So just wanted to put this out there. Was watching some TXHS football games recently, and it hit me that Adidas is making a pretty solid push in the HS ranks. At least here which is big time. So imo changing to Nike because that's what recruits want is still not a good idea. It'll eventually even itself out, and adidas will close any gaps there. So throwing away the type of contract adidas gives us to go downward just because "recruits" want them is not a very good idea.
And adidas isn't supplying scrubs either. They supply uniforms to Aledo HS who just won a 4A championship. Maxpreps have them 4th in the state and 13th nationwide. Also, they r the first team in the country to score 1000+ pts in a season. Yes this is the team that made national news this season for "running up" the score....91-0.
Anyway, just saying the "for the recruits" reason isn't really worth much. This argument amongst people on here basically comes down to people that like/hate Nike/Adidas.

Just to let everybody know...You do know that the UT jerseys are made at one factory and the only difference in them would be the swoosh on the jersey...You do know that right?....The Adidas jerseys they wear come from the exact same factory that sports belle was made at when we wore those....Nike would hire the same factory to make our jerseys...The exact same jerseys we wear now...And not one of you could tell the difference if it were a Nike jersey or an adidas jersey without the emblem on them....All this means nothing anyways because We won't switch from Adidas thank goodness.
Not anymore, jerseys haven't been made there in over a decade. Nike uses a company in Nebraska, Adidas uses a supplier in Wisconsin. The old Sports Belle factory is an auction house.
