I just can't imagine that all of the sudden Bruce and Tony are bad coaches, regardless of issues. Tony is a good coach, otherwise he wouldn't be at UT. So give me why you're thinking it's coaching and not players? Or do you think it's both?

We've never been a very good halfcourt team, but this team has completely devolved into what looks like a pickup game at a YMCA gym where none of the players know each other.

Both, but this team has sucked in the half court, on both ends, since Pearl and Jones arrived. We've had intermittent success becAuse wehad otherworldly 3 point shooting early and played some D in spurts. Otherwise, the half court stuff, FT shooting, etc have been problems.

SEC is otherworldly. Whe one of your coaches originated the ball screen and invented the jumpshot, you have a leg up.

I'd even rather watch the AND1 team from 08-09 than this.

Upon further reflection, this team blows. They do not have enough pride to play to their potential. It's like watching playground ball against teams with actual gameplans. Where is the pride in defendng your homecourt? Where is the grit? If I see one more of our players bending over at the waist to secure a loose ball while a member of another team hits the floor to retrieve it, I'm gonna puke. Goodness Gracious act like you care!

To hit foul shots, you've got to get to the foul line. To get to the foul line, you've got to do something other than stand stationary and throw it around the perimeter until somebody jacks up a 3.

This is true, but they've gotta make the most of it when they do get to the foul line. They're seriously terrible.
