You just don't get it. You're asked why a liberal would think he's doing great. I've said many times why they would. I don't know how I can put it any simpler than I have. You did not ask them to say why they think he's doing great and that their opinion of great has to agree with yours.
"The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 31% of the nation's voters now Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Thirty-three percent (33%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -2. That matches the lowest level yet recorded"

I am seeing a trend here:
"The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 30% of the nation's voters now Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Thirty-eight percent (38%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of –8."

I remember many a liberal friend telling me obama didn't really believe all this crap he was saying and that when he got elected he would surely rule from the center. whoops.
I voted fair. Some things in the current situation of the country are tough, some things seem to be showing some improvement. To be fair it isn't all on the one man, there are many politicians voting against him...not because they disagree with his policies, but because he simply is a democrat. I'm sure many republicans do vote their conscience/and what they believe to be right and true for the best intrest of the nation, some just vote against democrats period, IMO it's those that stall the recovery.
Have you been under a rock since election day? There aren't enough Republicans in the House or Senate to hold up anything. There are a few Democrats, thank God, who are opposing his socialist agenda to some degree. Those Democrats along with the Republican don't want this country to become the People's Republic of America.
In case anyone care's and is still wondering, I voted "poor" because "Absolutely Terrible" was not an option.
