I was fortunate while at UTK, the summer I turned 18 they changed the drinking age to 18, 1970. I agree with Count Volcula, old enough to fight old enough to drink!

What a stupid law! If he is not driving, who cares? Not me. Hell me and my friends drank allot in college and none of us were 21....We would all have arrest records.
