I thought it was Oklahoma's defensive line that was the most impressive. They had the most consistent and fierce pass rush Bama has seen in a few years.

Gotta give Stoops and company props ...

#1 Some multiple D schemes ... safeties speed rushing from DE spots.

#2 Anyone who abuses Banner is my friend. AlQueda U would get my cheers vs Bammer.

Not wanting to be there is a horrible excuse. I dont buy it.

I'm sick of hearing that Bama hatched excuse too. Even if it were true, it points to a lack of discipline on the coaching staff and among the upperclassmen. Shades of our own back to back Peach Bowl beat downs in the mid 00s.

OKLAHOMA SPANKED THAT FANNY! Plain and simple.

2 major things different than last year which would explain explosive plays.

Competition at skill positions.
QB - ☆☆
TE - ☆☆☆
WR - ☆☆☆☆
RB - ☆☆☆☆☆

Familiarity with the offense.

offensive play calling, aside from the Georgia game, was stifling last year. Perhaps that was more of a personnel issue which should be upgraded this year. The increase in talent and another year in the system hopefully leads to a less anemic offense.

offensive play calling...i hope it has changed...cant have all eleven guys on d looking for the run or a short slant all the time...need more deeper plays ...not a bomb every time but got to open up the middle for those run plays...imo
