Russia has a real enough economy to be self-sufficient. The sanctions are showing that. Can America, in 2022, say the same thing right now? Remember, we couldn't even wipe our azzes in 2020 because of toilet paper shortages. Have we even fixed that issue yet?

If I think a candidate has the skills and experience to do a job better than everyone else that applied I'll hire them, however it's on them to tell me how their previous job relates to the position I want to fill.

I may decide to research the details of their previous employment, but someone who comes across like they expect me to spend extra time educating myself about their background instead of them telling me about it, doesn't show great initiative.

From what I've read, that was because many of us suddenly switched from using the commercial size rolls at work and restaurants to using smaller rolls at home. It took a while for producers to switch to making more of the smaller rolls.
