FWIW Ukraine would be starting off at a much better spot. Several nuclear power plants, some old hands from the Soviet days. They probably wouldnt take much.

Latvia reintroduced conscription today I’m wake of Russia’s invasion. It follows several other countries that reverted back to compulsory service since the initial invasion in 2014. Also can’t remember if it was Latvia or Lithuania but one of them also banned Russians from buying property.
