Maybe someone can let Joy Behar know a rental just became available.Prominent Putin propagandist rages on live TV about Losing his Italian villa - which is next to George Clooney's - because of sanctions over Russia's invasion of Ukraine
As the death toll mounts in Ukraine - where at least three children have died since Vladimir Putin ordered the country invaded - a tone-deaf Russian TV host is fuming about how the conflict has cost him access to his Italian luxury villas.
- Vladimir Soloviev, 58, griped about losing access to two multimillion-dollar estates he owns in Lake Como due to sanctions that followed Russian invasion
Proponent pro-Putin television personality Vladimir Soloviev publicly lamented Friday losing access to his multimillion-dollar vacation homes due to Italian-imposed sanctions spurred by Russia's unprovoked invasion of Ukraine.
'Is this the Iron Curtain?' Soloviev opined on the set of his late-night program. 'I was told that Europe is a citadel of rights, that everything is permitted, that’s what they said.'

1. Hitler's invasion of the USSR too late in campaigning seasonWhen this is all said and done, where will Putin's decision to invade Ukraine rank in the pantheon of historical blunders?
Nope the poll was done by Harvard. If anything, Harvard would skew to the left. Also found that 62% of Americans say this wouldn't have happened if Trump was President. Sorry for the inconvenient truth. So they actually reported that 59% of Americans are insane? I bet 98% of that 59% would list Fox as one of their primary news sources.
I want to put this out there to the group here. I think a lot of you are being too hard on Ras. Many of the points he is making are very valid. In fact, you’d hear many of them echoed by Russian citizens and even some living in present day Ukraine. You’d also hear about some atrocities committed by the Ukrainians against their own Russian speaking citizens.
Our sphere of influence in that part of the world is seen as menacing and threatening to the long term survival of Russia. We might feel the same way if Mexico and Canada both fell under the influence of Russia.
It in no way validates their invasion of Ukraine. What has already gone down has been horrible and may make Putin’s leadership untenable going forward. Especially with the current nuclear threats. It may not change a thing in how this current threat plays out, but an understanding of how we got here might mitigate further conflict in the future.
All I really want to point out is what Ras has to say is valid discussion material and shouldn’t necessarily be interpreted as Rad being a Russian sympathizer.
For the record, I still say Vlad is a bad hombre and he needs to be dealt with. Preferably by the Europeans. The man is a danger to humanity.
It matters tremendously. If the desire right now is to slit Putin's neck, then should we allow these neocons and warmongers over here to go free? As far as I'm concerned, there a plenty more people that should be facing execution if this is the case...It doesn't matter what lead up to this moment in time. The man is threatening nuclear war without a single mention of military action on russian soil. If Russia loves itself his throat will be slit within the month.
Of course he has some fair points, the US has meddled in foreign affairs for decades but I do believe the US has largely been a force for good
It's a legitimate discussion, but if all Ras does is repeat Russian talking points, and doesn't criticize the Russians for the same things he complains about in the American government, he's going to get called out for it.All I really want to point out is what Ras has to say is valid discussion material and shouldn’t necessarily be interpreted as Rad being a Russian sympathizer.
