My apologies as well. I have been a restaurant manager in the past so that's probably why you made the comment.

By the way. I had to wait tables some in addition to my duties as a manager due to staffing issues. Didn't mind it one bit as it was also extra money I ended up taking home. It all adds up.

Honestly I would rather work full time as a server somewhere than to go back into a corporate office type environment.

That flight looks to have originated in Poland where a US military Gulfstream from DC landed last night. Really interesting part is that they are over Romania and descending as they approach Moldova (about 50 NM away). Makes you wonder who is going to make a bargain with somebody else and what it's going to cost us.

I did see they weren't targeted at all which I find unusual if one is throwing around hundreds of warheads. Whether it comes from us or Russia, one might think they'd get hit in some strategic areas and targets.

The political angle is also suspect. One has to wonder if Biden would counterforce on the Russians or if a single strike might go unmatched.

Not just against Biden in particular (though the buck stops with him) but Truman said it felt like a hay bale landed on him one he ordered the atomic attacks on Japan. The use of modern nuclear weapons, especially with a single strike, would be a hard decision knowing where it can/will lead.

I couldn't imagine not automatically retaliating. You lose either way, but why let the aggressor go unscathed if you see nuclear attack as essentially an endgame or the victim too weakened to be a major power and ready for the predators?
