There are no incredible (in the positive way) human beings in DC, and there haven't been for a very long time. People raved at one time about people like McNamara and Kissinger. Russia is the ones who will likely have to either rebuild these areas or help. Why would they indiscriminately destroy them? How much of the infrastructure did Azov/Ukraine destroy? How much had to be destroyed because Azov/Ukraine were using the infrastructure as military barracks/installments? If you would listen to refugees coming out of these areas, they confirm this. But again, it would deny some of you your Russian squirt for the day.
