My heart goes out to Jannah and her family.The thug who imprisoned and beat her should be punished to the fullest extent of the law in this case.My thoughts and prayers go out to Jannah.Also thinking it would be a good idea for Holly Warlick and UT to honor a scholarship for her education,whether or not she recovers enough to play basketball again.That would surely be a class act.

That's a great gesture, however, I think Jannah was coming to UT for the basketball. I would be for it if she would accept!

I am sure that was the case but a free scholarship is a free scholarship. I don't know what the financial situation is of her family, but unless they are super wealthy it would be a huge help in a time of trouble.

Not sure what the NCAA would say about it though if she wasn't participating on the team in some fashion.

We never use all of our schollies anyway.

this is just sad,that some one would treat a woman like this,i hope he feels the full extent of the law,which means,who knows what will happen to him,i hope Tucker is safe and recovering from this and best wishes on what ever she decides for her future

According to the court documents, Tucker was not living with her mother but instead was living with her boyfriend. I'm sorry, but that's dumb, irresponsible behavior by Tucker. She's 18! You don't live with your boyfriend as a senior in high school, you live with your parents (or in this case, apparently, parent). 18 year olds should be focused on their future, not living with somebody from the opposite sex. You have to be a lot smarter than that.
