Anytime I see Sapp or hear his name all I can think about is that hit on Clifton. Legal or not that was dirty as hell.

have I ever defended any of those people? I love how you just bull**** your way into an argument by putting words in people's mouths. You are a grade A troll. I was just giving you a hard time, but you're so butthurt about something you just look to pick a fight with every single poster in here. It's ridiculous.

Finnegan is a great person off the field, so that was out of left field. I don't blindly like every player to play for my teams, and I would never root for a scumbag. I don't know if Cam is a scumbag, but I choose to believe he is.

I'm a troll because I disagree with people's opinions in this thread that they form with little research? Interesting, as I thought message boards were a place for discussion on topics like this. You appear to be the only one in the thread getting worked up about it. Btw, I've never been accused of being a troll before, so that's rich...

You take this **** just a bit too seriously, dude.

Well you're certainly entitled to your own opinion but I can assure you that I don't. Back on to the original topic of the thread, apparently shockey is pretty upset with these accusations and is thinking about hiring a legal team. This could get very interesting...

3 of which aren't on the team anymore....

That's irrelevant. They were all Titans when they ran into legal problems in the PROS, yet people call into question Cam's character when all of his issues occurred when he was a kid and in college (all of which are still unproven, or in the case of the stolen laptop, the charges were dropped). I'm not saying I don't believe he made mistakes, but some people need to use perspective...

Rae Carruth played for the Panthers.

Rae Carruth played for the Panthers.

I'm aware and he's the type of person without character. NCAA issues do not define someone as not having character, when they are respected by the entire team, have been exemplary while in the NFL and volunteer to spend time with kids. But, people who don't research things and have uninformed opinions wouldn't realize that...

By the way, good job on totally ignoring the point of that quoted post.

There are 32 teams in the NFL with 53 players per team. That means there's 1696 players generally on rosters in a season. There's probably anywhere between 400-500 of those guys that are probably elite d-bags above being elite athletes.

Team name on a guy's uniform =/= his character.

Yeah, why can't Cam have "character" like Cortland Finnegan, Albert Haynesworth, Kenny Britt, Pacman Jones etc.? :eek:lol:

Rae Carruth? Cam Newton? Steve Smith?

The least worst of the group punched his own teammate in the face for wanting to re-watch game film to get better. Coolness
