I don't think he will be remotely exonerated. I think he's toast and, while I dont like it, believe it fair. I'm still saying he was snitched and that the picture was a setup. Im not saying the setup was wrong. I don't think the investigators would have dine it as they did if they believed CBP to be an honest guy.
