Bama will win big over ND. I will watch this along with WWE Raw tonight also....in between commercials that is. I hate Alabama for sure but don't care for those Northern teams. Bama 42-17. Edit: Half time Ala 28 - 0 Looks like ND has no answer for the Crimson Tide.

Bama by 2 scores, Pitt got trounced by Miss but almost beat ND. I think ND is still a year or two away, besides Darth Saban is pretty good with a month to prepare.

The thought of this game makes me want to vomit!! I just can't root for either of them so I'm not sure that I can watch it.

I hate both of them. I dont want either one of these teams to be able to brag about a NC but one of them will. The thought makes me sick. Hate to say it, but me and the misses will be watching the Young And Restless. GBO

I will watch the game with emotions tempered by Knob Creek (got it for Christmas). I want ND to win 'cause I'm tired of seeing vehicles with Tennessee tags with those big a's plastered on the back glass. The TFP sports page and a few front pages have been dominated by photos and articles about alabubba, heresy for a Tennessee news paper! Go Irish !

I've watched all of Notre Dames games this year and they have improved a lot since the beginning of the year starting a true freshmen QB. ND wins in a close one. :clapping:

My enemy's enemy is my friend. Go Irish!!! I refuse to cheer for BAMA or Florida in anything. I understand the SEC deal and all but how can you cheer for BAMA?

I hate both teams with a passion! Being that bammer is a rival I will NEVER pull for them but I just don't see ND stopping Lacey and Yeldon. No matter how good their D is, they haven't faced a running attack like that. It'll open up the passing game and Cooper is a stud WR. I'm predicting 35-17 bammer. God that made me sick to type!!

I don't want to hear any of you so-called Vol fans whining about us losing to them when you say you're for them to win another national title! The only thing accomplished by Alabama winning is them being that much better than us for that much longer!
No TRUE Vol wants anything good for those tree killing, face-junking rednecks who call that wasteland of theirs home!

Seriously despise both teams about equally. So, really have no interest in this game and won't be watching. I was really hoping for the two best teams to meet in the NC, but it didn't happen.

I've got to respectfully disagree, Slydell. Looking over the course of the whole season, it's hard to argue that the two best teams in the nation (this year) are not in the natioal champ. game.

I hate it. I wish it were us. But it's true.

TAMU vs Oregon?

Yeah, I think Oregon should be in that mix. Would have been nice to see Johnny Football playing, as well. ND or Bammer hasn't shown me much this year. But, I'm one of those who like to watch explosive offenses.

I will watch, not all of the pregame hoopla though, and when bammer is ahead I will change the channel, and keep channel surfing until ND has the lead. Screw bama, hate that damn bammer

I am a Vol through and through, but, when bowl season comes, I will pull for all SEC teams since I hear all the talk from some in the media that the SEC is losing it's dominance. I look forward to the Vols being back in the title picture and I believe CBJ will get us there soon.

I am imagining a scenario where Alabama humiliates Notre Dame on the scoreboard, and shortly after the game, are caught cheating, given the death penalty, and their national championship vacated. That sounds good to me

Why on earth would I root for Bama in this game? Never understood the SEC pride. Screw Bama, LSU, Georgia, Florida, and SC. I'm not going to root for these guys to be successful and continue to get 5* recruits while we sit at home watching.

The ONLY reason I would hope for a Bama win is if it result in some NFL team (i.e. Cleveland) going after Saban. I know he won't leave again...but there's always hope.

This, but I still think Bama covers.
