I don't follow basketball recruiting outside of Tennessee, so I don't know what Auburn has coming in next season, but Bruce desperately needs Okoro to return. They lose pretty much everybody else. I do know that Bruce recruited Springer, Johnson and Walker very hard... he went 0-3.

Well, yeah...maybe not. Semantics, I guess. I just give us no chance to win either game on the road, and have little confidence we win either game at home, too. We just lack the firepower to contend with those teams for 40 minutes. We are just deficient in so many areas. I hate to concede that, too. It just is what it is.

Okoro is a borderline lottery pick. He's almost certainly gone. And yes, they lose a lot. They add Shariffe Cooper, who will fit Pearl's system perfectly, but they should definitely take a step back. Though, a lot of people said that would happen this year, too.

It's not harsh at all, these drive bys know exactly what they're doing. Nobody seemed to miss Pearl when we were doing well the last 2 years....well until Auburn made the FF and we didn't, then suddenly they did.

It's a derp comment.

just possibly more elite than us right now...us, rebuilding, injuries, youth,...them, playing at a much higher level...tough season for the Vols...but, as always and forevermore...

PS. not saying we don't have an upset left in us though...season is not over yet...:D

Didn't watch game I hate both teams, both coaches Pearl and Cal are CHEATERS, I wouldn't support either coach if they coached Tenn and bought
a National Championship...…….$$$$

Strange how Pearl & Will Wade both get a lot of calls. When Pearl was here he didn't get many at all. Also both programs are under NCAA investigation now. Did game day discuss it when they were at Auburn? I watched some of it and didn't see any timelines or mention of the issue during the game.

You’re right.......every other fan base pumps sunshine 24/7 regardless of how the team is performing. It’s just us who complain. LOL

They must never read other fans message boards or interact with fans from other teams. Literally every fan base in the country acts pretty much just like this one. I have no idea why some on here pretend this isn’t true when it’s so obvious. Just another shaming technique I guess.

Pearl's style of play led to some of the best homecooking ever while he was here.

Tennessee fans do jump off the bandwagon pretty quick whenever we have a losing season in football and basketball.

Then we have the others that sit around chewing their Funions slobbering out the side of their mouths and parroting "It'll be okay, Everthin will be fine." or "Wait til Next Year." If they ruled we'd still be British and yer neighbors would own slaves.

I just miss Bruce. Barnes is a good coach and we’re lucky to have him but Bruce was/is tennessee basketball. We had an identity and swag about us.
