We are not favored in the opener.

Maybe the 5-6 season was a strategical move to force everyone to pick us as underdogs therefore giving us the edge in every game this season.

Well, figuring in the homefield advantage, which usually accounts for 2 or 3 points on a line, we actually are underdogs by about 5 or 6.

But the line is a difficult +3. :D

Now Cal's one hit away from third string QB....

No they aren't. Both Longshore and Ayoob were ahead of Levy on the depth chart.

In my opinion, the Pac 10 has USC, UCLA, and Cal.......that's it. Arizona State can't get over the hump. I may come off bias to the SEC, but I only pay attention to UT and hope UF loses every game they play. I'm gonna try to see some Ole Miss games to see how BS does. As we all know, Lee Corso will pick Cal in this game. I never understood why he's such a Vol hater.

You didn't get the memo? He works for ESPN, who is amidst a 20-year plan to run UT into the ground. They're starting with the "cash crop." That's the football program. I just heard from a reliable inside source, however, that a strategy has just been unleashed to begin dismantling Pat Summit's reputation beginning in the fall of '07, and that some undercover agents are watching Pearl like a hawk.

ESPN treated Pearl and the BB team pretty well, I think they are just not high on Fulmer and the football program.
