The Vols should beat South Alabama. However, October doesn't look good with Georgia, South Carolina and Bama. November looks better with Missouri, Auburn, Vandy and Kentucky. With a win over South Alabma, the Vols will need all the wins they can get in November to get into a bowl. Will 6-6 get the Vols a bowl? Might, but not sure. SOS might do it with 6-6. However, 7-5 should. Vols need to play strong down the stretch in November. Just hope the best for us in October!

Coach Jones needs to get some top recruits at QB over the next 2-3 years.

Worley showed signs of improvement, offense needs to run short quick pass routes with him at qb.

I personally don't mind starting Worley quite as much, now. Last week, he looked like Peterman did, today.

However, I think we HAVE to get one of the freshmen involved more and more, in a situational manner (3rd and short, and redzone). Florida has played dual QB's at various points in the past, and it worked for them. Dobbs or Ferguson can be effective in certain packages if we'll just give them the chance.

It would also allow CBJ a chance to get them some REAL game experience. Do we really want to start off the season next year without either of them having NO SEC experience?

He made the same mistakes today that he did against WKU and Austin Peay. If CBJ is going to put in his system he needs a QB that fits and the 2 we have seen is not it. He signed 2 and will lose one or both if they don't eventually get on the field. At this point what do we really have to lose.

They will see the field when they are ready. only thing starting 2 young qbs would do is destroy their confidence, and turn our knee jerk fanbase against them. People need to take a step back, and calm down. After next week we will be 3-2. Then we will lose the next 3 weeks. The last 4 games is when our season really starts.

I'm not sure we have a sunbelt level qb on the roster. I think one of the freshman qbs have to be better than this. I hope!

Question to all who is calling for Riley. What if by done chance CBJ gives him a shot, he comes in and is more rattled than peterman today and stinks it up. What's next?

I still firmly believe in redshirting him and let him learn. Don't throw a goldfish at a shark!

If we are going to continue to run this style of offense , then we need a dual threat qb, we dont have that on this roster. .. and we aren't recruiting one.. which I do not understand.

What's next, nothing either he or Dobbs figures it out or we move on. Y'all are not looking at the big picture. Everything can be improved.
