Generally UT played them early in the season, so naturally more injuries happen as the year progresses.
i don't know who some of you are kidding.
this was the most beat up a florida football team has been in september that i can ever remember.
it was a mash unit on the field for the tennessee game and it's a bigger mash unit now.
odds are except for the people who are out for the season (which may be up to 3 starters now), florida will be healthier in october and november than they are right now.
Driscol was a fluke play. Purifoy was a poor coaching decision to play him on kickoffs. Pool was stupid but I did notice that quite a few guys were left on the turf this year. I wonder if this is a reflection of conditioning.
Nice Half Cat Avi. A little underboob showing. Nice.
Was it the Flu?
We had four slot backs out for Oregon alone not to mention all the others. Everyone has injuries. Its part of the game. What we do have that FL seldom has is less talent in our backups.
All I care about is the final score. Not sure about why you would start a thread about injuries to college kids???Despite losing the game I am surpirised we didn't walk away with a couple of injuries as well. In year's past it has been us that have had big injuries in this series. Here is a look at some of the players that were hurt in the game Saturday...
Driskell-QB- out for season
Purifoy-CB- Leg contusion
Poole-DB- Targeting Penalty-Suspended for first half
Garcia-OL- Questionable for Sat.
And now they are saying DL Easley may have torn his ACL...
It is a good thing Florida has Kentucky this week for their sake...
