I don't disagree that without major improvemet this team is going to struggle to beat quality opponents.

I do find it odd some people didn't post at all last week and are coming out if the woodwork. Some just like to vent I suppose.

I think the OP flamed out in the second half. After Pearson and Wolf went down to injuries, the offense went very bland by design. They played to keep the lead and not having anything catastrophic happen. Doesn't look like either injury should be too serious, but it wasn't worth going balls to the wall against Arky St. Perhaps Butch and Baj are even trying to keep some things under wraps for the next two games.

Please do us all a favor and never post again... Just sit there and eat ur spam & crackers and become an Alabubba fan...... We won 34-19...The Staff saw 2 major injuries and shut down the playbook 2nd half... No way we loose to Mizz and I truley believe we defeat FLA this year..... GA is one dimensional and the score will be close like it always is... SC could go either way, they have no secondary as A&M proved....

The O-line is a work in progress, but getting better. They will be fine by the November stretch. We finally have SEC caliber speed on defense. Worley is night and day better, and he has some playmakers to get the ball to now. We look alot better than I expected coming in. Anybody expecting more than 6-7 wins was in for a letdown.

People are overeacting, we didn't play very well but we are young and a work in progress. It will be fun watching things evolve as the year goes. GO VOLS!!!

I agree, I do not want to "jinx" Worley but he looked good today minus a few overthrows..... we will be fine if he can keep his head in the game. Let's get ready for next week.:clapping:

Lol you people are crazy. Stop saying the play book was shut down, vanilla, etc!!!! We said this all year last year. Are we seriously going to say it after every single game? Get used to it because this is it.

All right guys, pack it up. The might football God has spoken. Cover up the field til next August. Maybe Mr. Know it all will allow us to get a game or two in next year because obviously there is absolutely nothing to play for the rest of the year, even if we are 2-0. NegaVol has spoken, stick a fork in us.
