Tennessee was very close to receiving a bowl ban last summer from the NCAA due to Pruitt’s violations. Only the complete cooperation from the UT administration and a commitment to the rules prevented that. Hiring a disgraced Head coach with prior major recruiting violations would have eliminated that.

Auburn has the perfect coach to go along with their basketball coach. Both lie, cheat & will stick their dick in anything.

We beat Bama in year two with him

We won a NY 6 bowl with him

We finished in the top 10 with him

He did this despite taking over a train wreck

I’m referring to all of them. I don’t recall Saban, Kirby, Les, Orgeron, Jimbo, Dabo (except for the bowl game), Urban, Harbaugh (no championship but I consider him in that league), Day, Stoops, Carrol, Riley, Malzahn… on and on we go… I don’t recall ANY of them losing a game by 30 points, especially to an inferior program.

Edit just to add that I’m not trying to be a negavol and I do still believe in Heupel. I’m just saying that in my mind we are clearly not on the correct path and Heupel will most likely have to make some major changes in order to succeed.

Not sensing any real change in the coaching staff this year but there are some trends that keep popping up that need to be addressed.

The overall direction of the team under Hype's leadership is positive and better days are ahead.

Auburn has not beaten anyone with a pulse and Auburn would not beat Tennessee right now. They aren't very good. Are you really bragging about Freeze beating a 3-7 Arkansas team that's mailed it in? LOL
