Yes I agree and not making excuses but all of our offensive linemen were recruited to play in a pro style offense and may not be suited for this style of play.

I've never played the game, so I can't really judge the difficulty of learning a new system. But I also have a hard time believing the whole idea is a myth, as you imply.

Players or not, I just do NOT like our offensive identity. Perhaps we don't have the right personnel but it seems like our plays are taking FOREVER to develop and I just don't get operating from the shot gun every play. If you want to run the ball, why do you line up in a formation that already puts you at a 3-5 yard disadvantage?

Miss st offense but our coaches put more thinking into their play calls. Awful. Just awful coaching.
