We Need A QB From The Portal

Nico showed heart last night. Our QB room is set next year. There is no way we bring in a QB from the portal. Nico has to improve but he needs alot more help around him.

I like how we had a crap ton of JRs and SRs and even a 7th year SR and your post is about upgrading from the FR.

Bring in an experienced blue chip QB with 2 or more years left to play and Nico and Merk both probably hit the portal to start elsewhere.

So if you go that route, it had better be someone who can pick up the system VERY quickly.

Nico needs to fix some stuff but he wasnt the problem . But yall crazy if you think CJH is going to change QBs Its Nico untill he leaves or quits CJH picks his guys and sticks with them no matter what .

Would be nice but sadly those days are probably gone for good. I find it funny guys are talking about getting “ready made” players from the portal when that’s exactly what we have.

Yes Heupel seems to have some sort of blind loyalty to qbs regardless of their production and who knows how 2022 goes if Milton hadn’t went down the year before.

If Nico should be all sec because he's been in the system 2 years, Gaston Moore should have won the Heisman. Right?

Ole Miss and Texas have had the same starter for 2+ seasons…. Not like they picked up a fresh starter this past off season

And Riley Leonard wouldn’t have left Duke if Elko didn’t take another job.
