What if the UT Administration continues to pay like it’s 1999 and Auburn offers the $8ish million he should be paid in 2022…. Still confident?

Ummmm..... hold up a sec hoss. No need to pull an MSU or Texas A&M just yet. Why would he leave the house he's built? Auburn is a dumpster fire. I think he and Danny White have a great working relationship. If he needs to be paid, Danny will make that happen. Relax and enjoy the ride.

I trust where he is taking us. You pony up now if others come calling. Otherwise you sit back and make sure this is as much the coach as the QB. If Milton can keep the offense high powered in 23 you back up the brinks truck.

He's not going to that dumpster fire. Too many cooks in the kitchen down there. That's Kiffin's job to turn down. They know he'd be a constant thorn in Saban's side.

Someone on the phone mentioned Nebraska as a possibility since he is from that area.

However, same contact has stated that Heupel has told people in Knoxville that he considers Knoxville home so I am not too worried.

CJH was hired by White in December of 2017; which is five years ago. Heupel previously meeting Danny White for the first time during his initial interview. With that being said, Heupel worked with Danny's brother, Brian White, at Mizzou for two years.

I guarantee Auburn would offer it. The question is whether the UT Administration can get out of its own way and do what needs to be done.

I’m hopeful, because surely they aren’t that stupid. But I’m not 100% confident.

I’m pretty confident in Danny White making sure it gets done. He’s been our best AD in who knows how long.

Agreed, but I want sustained success for years to come. This Program has been a dumpster fire for soooo long! We have a good thing going and I don't want to lose it!
