Ummmm..... hold up a sec hoss. No need to pull an MSU or Texas A&M just yet. Why would he leave the house he's built? Auburn is a dumpster fire. I think he and Danny White have a great working relationship. If he needs to be paid, Danny will make that happen. Relax and enjoy the ride.

The article is just clickbait but . . . Heupel is 10th or so in the SEC right now at $5M per. It takes about $7.5M or so to get into the top 5 and I think everybody knows that’s the neighborhood he’s going to approach pretty quickly.

…with the history behind the ADDW and CJH relationship, the revenue football is currently generating, and new top recruits securing our future, ive never felt more comfortable with our stability than we have right now.

This is just the beginning. I don't think Heupel is going anywhere, but we need to deliver the BRINKS truck to his house!
Josh Heupel mentioned as option for open college football job

I agree about paying JosHeu incentive money. However, you panic-Vols relax. You underestimate his relationship between DanWhi. They are winning team, and both know it. I very much doubt they would muck up what they have here to join a fixer upper house with flooded foundation issues, rat and insect nests infecting brittle walls. RELAX.

I find it amusing. The trolls and rival fans on these boards will try anything to raise Volunteer angst. They live off schadenfreude.

So now that we're winning, undeniably at the top of the game, they fall back on the only play they have left: the "it won't last, you're going to lose it" message.

And a few of us are falling for it.

Josh Heupel is going nowhere, friends. He's a Vol for Life. Dan White is going nowhere: he's a VFL, too. Donde will keep Dan well-paid, and Dan will keep Josh well-paid.

The success we are enjoying this season, this is how it is going to be for the next 30 or so years. Settle in, get comfortable, and ignore the trolls with their angst strategies.

Go Vols!

Got a number 1 vs number 2 matchup this weekend and we are on page 3 of discussing contract negotiations and cranking up the flight trackers LMAO

We should definitely pay him. Also, if we keep this undefeated seson going all way through the playoffs, he likely won't entertain anything through the entire hiring cycle. Then we can justify making him and his staff the highest paid in CFB.
