Dont no if this is true or not. I heard on the Paul Finebaum show that Sims is enrolling into Bama Tuesday anybody know if this is true or not.

I was asked not to tell the name on here by the person who told me but i have been informed that we will have a commitment by a current 5 star by its all said and done

If true, the only one it could be is Prater. I don't think anybody else could possibly be close to choosing us, if in fact this is a done deal.

I agree... you would have to think it was a 5 star that was at the Army game considering who posted...only other recruit I could think of would be Lattimore, which is unlikely....if this is even true...

so Jacques told you we were getting somebody, who is a current 5 star. It is either Prater or baxter, you might as well say if it is going to happen anyways.

If we get Lattimore I am done with this class, he is awful. Rogers brings baggage that we really do not want. But hell throw them in there to: Who did Jacques say: Baxter, Prater, Rogers, or Lattimore?

What's the point of this post? All it does is set us up for disappointment. I'm not discrediting your info, or Jacques' info, but if it's a done deal why not just say it? IIRC, it was Jac who said we'd get an offensive commit this last weekend. People got their hopes up and there was a ton of speculation, but at the end of the weekend, there was no such commitment. This thread is following that same pattern now. People are speculating... Prater? Rogers? Lattimore? Baxter?

My final five would be Prater, Dorsey, Cullen, Green, Nelson

if we can have a couple more then i would pick from Bennett, Lemonier, Arie (the OT), and Loften

I don't think we have a legit shot with Coleman, Baxter or Robey or else they would make that list... but who knows what the list will be come NSD, anything can happen Kiffin proved that last year

Well you can ask Lord Vader in a PM i told him that we were getting dixon and willis the day before they both committed bc that is what i was told. And i was specifically asked not to say stuff on message boards.

I am not sure who it is, but if it is Prater, we need to drop one of our current WRs. I may be alone on this, but it still comes down to numbers. We need to look at the big picture. We need OL, LBs. We have enough WRs.

Meline is going to be a wherever there is need guy. He can play DB, WR, Return Kicks. He should be seen as a DB if we get Prater. There is no need to drop any of our WR class.

Prater- 5 star
Ambles- 5 star (should be)
Milton- 4 star, already enrolled
Meline- 4 star
Thompkins- 4 star, #1 juco player

Yes, awful. He is not better than Oku, Williams, Poole, or Bryce. He fumbles. He has a huge ego. I am not impressed. Sorry if you feel differently.

The best back in this class is Baxter, then Dyer (although I am not overly impressed with him either). It is a down year for RB in my opinion.

It's amazing that you've formed such a strong opinion on Lattimore based on the one game you watched him. You do realize he was playing one of the best teams in the country right? It's not as if half the players on that field are going to Florida, FSU, Tennessee, Miami, Clemson etc. Oh wait, that's exactly where they are going.

I'm glad you think you know more about recruiting and coaching than Lane Kiffin though. Where do you coach at again?
