Yes they have. But, in America, it is getting to another level from where it used to be. But, believe what you want. All is good and morality and the value of life is better than ever. It will get even worse.

Do you have any statistics to back this claim up or are you just throwing stuff against the wall hoping something will stick? I would imagine that by just about any legitimate metric, the world is currently a healthier, safer, better place than it has been at any point throughout human history.
