The democrats refused to act on DACA during the Schumer shutdown.

All they had to was fully fund the wall and DACA would have be resolved.

Why would they fully fund something that is a waste of money? There are far easier/cheaper ways to accomplish the same goals.

The President's goal is ending illegal immigration across the southern border.

I don't know of any easier/cheaper way to do this that doesn't include a permanent border wall.

The jails are overcrowded now, you going to build more?

Perhaps hefty fines would be a better solution. That way the cost savings of hiring illegals would be mitigated and the government would get another source of revenue.

However, supposedly that law is already on the books and is not being enforced. Wonder why? And do you really believe that it will ever be implemented with our Congress?

At least a wall can be built.
