His post encouraged people, specifically blacks voting for Hillary, to skip the lines and text their votes to a certain number. An estimated 5000 people did that.

He is charged with "conspiracy against rights" for defrauding people of their right to vote.

No mention in the charges that maybe people that would fall for something like that shouldn't be voting in the first place.
