Depends on what happens in the other leagues, but according to the Allstate Playoff Predictor on ESPN.com, that scenario puts their chances at 78%, so I’d say as the B1G Runner-up, yes.

Barring any upsets, it’s safe to say the B1G title game will be comprised of two of these:
Oregon, Penn State, Ohio State, or IU. Just my opinion, but I think the two participants and one at-large gets in, which means one of those four teams could very well be left out.
