I'm not saying it is going to happen because I said it would. I just stated my opinion as everyone else on this board has and for some reason this is a problem for you. Sorry if I didn't have your approval before I gave my opinion

You failed to see my point. I like your prediction, and you apparently didn't see where I have the SAME prediction as you. My point was that nobody has really bashed ND in this thread. Predicting a loss to Purdue is bold, but not bashing.

Around here we have players suspended for DUI, threatening a motorist with a fake gun and other problems of that nature. I take my own predictions and prognostications very seriously. I predict UT to finish 9-3, but as YOU should know, there is a fairly large window where a team could finish. Florida could finish anywhere from 12-0 to 8-4. Tennessee could finish anywhere from 7-5 to 12-0. I have no emotion input into my predictions. None.

UT's road schedule is incredibly favorable. Any other year, the UGA game is a sure fire loss. But Joe T, if he's the starter, isn't a QB who scares me or anyone in the league.

Lastly, I don't appreciate your assumption that its only my emotions speaking.

I didn't say it was your ONLY motivator but I don't think it is an unfair assumption to say it is an IMPORTANT one. Your name is "Volinarizona" and you are posintg on a UT board. I think emotion and hope that UT has a 0, 1, or 2 loss season is in fact playing a HUGE role in what you are saying.

The jock sniffer admitted that none of the players knew what she was doing. Sure ND players should be held accountable for their actions but what they did compared to our recent trouble isn't comparable.

I have 0 emotion in any of my predictions, UT included. I think UT finishes 9-3.

None? Come on, you are hurting your credibility. You are like one of those witnesses in one of my cases who testifies in absolutes. No one believes someone who claims zero this or 100 percent that.

You ever been to South Bend or met a ND fan, I can assure you they arent as stuck up as a lot of the bible thumping crowd you see around the SEC, except for Gator fans, everyone knows they are the disciples of Satan :dance2:

OrangeSquare some of your picks do not make sense. I seriously think that you could have picked a better upset than Purdue over ND, come on Purdue are in the dumps, they will change coaches after this season and Notre Dame will just beat them up and down that field. I like some of your other picks but you lost credibility with that pick!

THEY ARE PREDICTIONS!!! I think its a solid upset pick, to be honest. I think OS has prrrrrrrrrrobably done some solid research and has a reason to pick his games.

And just so its on record ... Purdue will win 7 or 8 games at least in 2006.

EDIT: I wanted to add another thought. About a month or 2 ago, I posted my predictions for final standings and received some crap from someone about a prediction. Now you've said OS makes no sense. You DO realize tons of games in Cfball make no sense. Upsets happen every single year, and we all say "WOW, didn't see that coming." SO ... back off him.

Thank you. I won't waste any more time defending myself with the people in this thread that don't like my picks. I spent more time researching these picks than some of these people will spend watching football this entire season. One of them is a Gator, and one of them thinks the government was behind 9-11. They are both dead to me. :pirate:

There are a couple picks, I must admit, that I disagree with. However, thats the entire point of this forum and posts like these. To discuss things, not belittle the person who had the cajones to post them.

I bet you spent more time than I did, and I spent a TON TON TON of time (and still am). Good thread, buddy. :)
