Oh Really? I think someone is using their heart to predict an easy win, when they should be saying there is a good possibility that ND loses.
Purdue beat ND 41-16 and 23-10 in 04 and 03. The two years before that, ND only beat Purdue by 6 and 7 points. Last Year, Notre Dame won by 21. The team "close to my heart" only lost by 20 to Notre Dame, so I assure you that outcome has NOTHING to do with my prediction.
You will remember that Notre Dame lost to Michigan St (yet again) last season. Michigan St. last season was no where near as good as Purdue will be this year.
Purdue doesn't play Michigan or Ohio St. They have thirty seniors and half of those are fifth year seniors. Tiller averages nine wins a season, and there is no reason that they won't match that this year. Most of that team has beaten ND twice, once at South Bend. This will be the third time playing there, so I don't see that being much of an advantage. (I've been there, it's not exactly intimidating for opponents. Nice job selling out to all the Nebraska fans a few years back!)
I understand you like Notre Dame, and that's cool. But don't throw insults my way, by trying to say that I am making decisions with my heart, when I spent HOURS sharing this with everyone here. I did my research, and I picked based on that research.
