Most motivational speeches are not based on rocket science. Plus, I would assume that a lot of his speeches over in the Philippines are to a bunch of people that might not be that familiar with English.

No, I'm just saying that if he bothers you that much, then don't click on threads that are about him. Pretty simple.

Also, we play against him once a year so I would say that he is relevant to UT football. Furthermore, he's probably one of the better college football players in the last 25 years. I just get annoyed when people hate the guy for no apparent reason other than the media loving him. Hate the media, not Tebow.

I click on the "TENNESSEE VOLS" forum (wonder why it's named that??) to read about UT football. If I wanted to see people slobbering all over Tebow on here I would go to the proper forum to read about it. Helps keep it clean if people would take the time to understand a message board. But maybe it's too difficult for some

There aren't that many Tim Tebow threads on here. I would say there are quite a few Saban and Meyer threads as well. Why are you not just as mad about them since they probably don't have the word Tennessee in the title? Also, re-read my last post. Tebow is relevant to UT football whether you or I like it or not.

Tebow wants to come back and try to do something that UF has never done, that's to have a "undefeated" season. The one thing since the inception of their football program that has eluded them. Good luck to Tebow next year and may he represent the SEC well.

One note to the Vol football team:

Even if this team is in "rebuilding" mode and may happen to only win a handful of games next year due to a transition period, make it a priority to win the one game that will keep UF from accomplishing the one thing that few other SEC teams have done in modern college football. We may not be in contention for the SEC title, the MNC or even the eastern division but keep UF from going 14-0. Cirlce the date. Give it your all and leave it all on the field for 60 minutes.

Wreck it. In Gainesville. Wreck it. If that is the one game to win, make it that one.

On a sidenote about a half-dozen die hard Boomer Sooner fans have expressed to me that they hope like hell the Kiffin crew trainwrecks UF next fall.

Well, I don't know about the Heisman (although with the way the media was going you'd have sworn he was going to win it again this year), but as long as he doesn't get hurt coming back is probably the best decision. Gives him another year to work on his release as a starter, and the opportunity to cement himself as the greatest player to ever suite up for UF. The odds of winning another national title aren't in his favor, and as far as his degree is concerned he could have probably graduated this summer if he decided to go pro.

I personally am glad he's coming back. I want to win against UF when they don't have the excuse of a lesser QB. 1 last chance to victory over UF with Tebow will make a better 1st season for our new staff, on the other hand if we get an L most expect it anyway.

im gonna lay it out plain and simple. Tebow sucks the real NFL talent on that team is Harvin and i bet he doesnt come back.

The reason he did not leave is that the NFL scouts told him to come back and refine his skills. I think they did not want to break the news to him that he would only be a 5th or 6th roud pick at qb. But all that will happen is the same old thing running around acting gay as always. Minus another champ don't think that happens again. And ppl stop loving on this guy you tebowners
