they flew into the Tri Cities Regional Airport to protest a funeral in Johnson City and never even left the airport. It's becoming more and more common that Westboro is facing a losing battle.

Westboro is a group of disgusting human beings who stand against what I believe, but I believe even more strongly in the First Amendment.

The first amendment isn't carte blanche to be an *******, and striking at nerves to draw attention to their bastardized version of Christianity.

They risk consequences by operating as they do.

I liked the bikers who drowned them out with their motorcycles. I think they are despicable people. I just think the beating and the lack of investigation by LEO is not okay at all.

Yeah when a crowd of people beat another human being because they do not like that persons viewpoint, that makes them pathetic.

Mob violence somehow is acceptable to some people. If I witnessed an attempted rape or molestation I would have no problem stomping on a person, and I can understand when a drunk driver hits people on a street and those surrounding take the guys teeth, but this? Come on...

Topeka is in Kansas. Flying across country to fight someone is not exactly "Christian", either.
