Did it ever occur to you that because Evina had no direction or offensives sets to run that her turnovers were a direct result of that........She had no choice but to drive and create plays out of nothing..... it’s a very high risk type of play that will result in many turnovers..... I gurantee you that if she had offensive sets to run that actually worked she would be able to make easier and less risky passes that would result in higher assist and lower turnovers......The frustrations of TRYING to do the same concepts that Holly wanted over and over made it inevitable that Evina would start pressing more and more and make silly turnovers......We need Evina and she would be a All American under any other top coach.
Like I said in a previous post where I listed this past season's assists and turnovers for Westbrook; the Assists were because of her superior talent, and the Turnovers were caused by horrible coaching, as well as her teammates not being up to par in handling her passes.
