I do 50 push ups and 35 pound dumbbell curls 3 sets of 10 and 3 set of 10 with 40 pound dumbbell over head and behind head to work triceps and then shoulder press with 35 pound dumbbells 3 sets of 10 to try and stay toned.When is the last time you did push-ups? How many did you do?
I did sit ups the other morning.
Then I did push-ups this morning.
