When is the last time you did push-ups? How many did you do?

I did sit ups the other morning.
Then I did push-ups this morning.
I do 50 push ups and 35 pound dumbbell curls 3 sets of 10 and 3 set of 10 with 40 pound dumbbell over head and behind head to work triceps and then shoulder press with 35 pound dumbbells 3 sets of 10 to try and stay toned.

I spent an hour on shoulders this morning, I'm already sore🤣

I am about to start fielding again I have a job coming up where I will have to go get some notes and it's 24000 feet . So a little over 4 miles.
