What are you listening to? Vol 3

Wow, that's pretty cool. Which was your friend?

The guy in the cowboy hat is Russel Smith. We used to play in a band together years ago. The banjo player is Bernie Leadon who was in Nitty Gritty and was the original banjo player for the Eagles. Known 'em for awhile.

Should have added that when I played with Russel, we played acid rock. Later, he went on to form The Amazing Rhythm Aces.

Acid rock :bad:

No, sir I haven't. I'll try to find something.

The Cleverly's take popular music and do bluegrass covers.

There's a few other groups that have done that after Run C&W did their albums. Hayseed Dixie is the first that comes to mind. They did some bluegrass covers of AC/DC. There's one group called Pickin' on Pink Floyd that does some damn good Pink Floyd bluegrass style. Also, Tim O'Brien does some Bob Dylan stuff bluegrass style. Pretty good.

Tipping one for a fallen comrade, though we never knew each other. Fiddler's Green will be a busy place in 40 years.

This is a song for guys like me who were born 25 years earlier, Who think "Professional Adventurer" is a cool job. The fact that Rhodesian Government paid handsome sums for American Veterans is a good indicator of how well we are trained.

The Saints did more damage in terms of enemy combatants than any unit of it's size in history over their term.
