Well on Friday we had our work Christmas party at Calhoons and it was really fun and the food was Great! We had a banquet room to ourselves and our own little buffet with Catfish, BBQ ribs, chicken, baked beans, spinach Maria and the Best ever rolls. Then after we were completely stuffed they brought out the Best banana pudding that you have ever put in your mouth, they used
Crushed grahm crackers instead of vanilla
Wafers and it also had white chocolate covered macadamia nuts and then topped with whipped cream.....The Best ever.
Then I stayed at the Holidsy Inn because of the storms last night and they have a Breakfast buffet and this morning I had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and Gravy and orange juice......and today when I got home I fixed Mac and cheese and mixed veggies and sorry this is so long...I had to catch up....

Mysteriously, my grandkids like salmon patties. We were over there yesterday celebrating the younger one's 2nd birthday (woo-hoo!), and my daughter started frying up 4 patties. I honestly thought that she was cooking anchovies or something. It was pretty awful.
