What did you have for dinner II?

Cookout, cheeseburger and fries. First time I've had their burger, only second time eating there. I can honestly say, it was the best fast food burger I've ever had. I know everyone has different tastes, but that hit the spot for me. Really tasted like it came off the grill, not a hard cheap patty like normal fast food.

Everyone's dinners always sound great. Does anyone have any special "Family" or personal recipes or twists on normal fare that they're willing to share?
Something personal I've done with making chili. I use two different spices, with 3lbs of meat. There's a chilli kit called Carol Shelby's, I only use the chili spices in it. I mix that with about 2 tablespoons of McCormick chili powder. I use hunts tomato sauce, and luck's light red kidney beans. I also add diced tomatoes, diced red onion, and diced green pepper. It's good, everyone I've made it for loves it, and you can add more chili powder to your taste. I've made two crockpots full for church dinners several times, and never have leftovers.

Excellent. That sounds good, and being winter and all I'm certainly going to check it out.

Thanks!
