facing surgery/treatment for spinal stenosis i was blessed with scrambled eggs, with cheese an canadian bacon and scones

food and drink cut-offf f arrives in 20 minutes, so ill be brief:

we'll leave for surgery around 830 and will be extremely lucky to hit the road home before the late afternoon crush on interstate
the main thing that will be done today normally involves light anesthesia, but doc is doing a couple of other things with spine and I will face heavy Anesthesia

Dinner for me was a ham,provolone cheese,mayo,mustard,lettuce and tomato sub (I'm simple) from Jersey Mikes.

I’m feeling a little insecure and will search for site sales on the way home from the dentist tomorrow. I can rearrange a freezer shelf and get four more boxes of thin mints in there.

New recipe.. keto lasagna, zucchini instead of noodles, and I used ground turkey…I make a good sauce anyway and this was View attachment 622989pretty good!

Felt like some country cooking tonight. So I made chicken casserole, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, greasy beans (that we froze last summer) and buttermilk biscuits. There’s a Krispy Kreme doughnut that will be dessert after while.

No! My bike is precious! My wife has charged me to sell her vintage 1975 10-speed, but she won’t apply the money towards a freezer.
