Well.....it's my day off...so it's go on the kitchen in my pj's and see what I can find so I fried up some spam and then made a grilled cheese with the spam and it was Great!! And of course I had one of my famous Frapes...because they make me Happy!!

lunch Wednesday at Billy's Sports Grill in Northport to mark the good news frpmin Hoover office of doctor who performed procedure on spine. Half a dozen X-rays showed that inserts in vertebrae remained in perfect position, meaning that I would now be allowed to lift up to 15 pounds for the next four weeks and optimism that a probably wont be needed.
