You’re killing me with all the empanadas!

This doesn’t sound like your typical Cuban restaurant meal. Do you make your own? I make them with puff pastry (no deep fry), but it takes a minute to make the picadillo

Oh, I didn’t make them last night. I just make them when we cook Cuban. Love those things though! I think they’re what made my brain realize that eating olives wouldn’t kill me! That and something else I make with olives, ropa vieja maybe. I love Cuban food! Spicy-flavorful, not spicy-hot
