Baked chiken, corn and aspargus smothered in butter/garlic.
In Sept, as motivation, on the day of the first ball game I decided to go on a low carb diet (Atkins type)... stayed with it faithfully, and since the first game up to now, I am down 34 lbs. Feeling good, hungry a lot of times, but that comes with a high protein low carb diet.
So as Butch lost his azz this season, I too lost mine... LOL.
