Had to come to Knoxville for a few days for a funeral so me and the wife hit Big Ed's tonight.

Well, how was it? I haven't been there in about 20 years.

That would be me haha. My family doesn't like either, but our guests do, so we're doing both. We're still making the traditional stuff for the guests but we're also making sausage and tortellini soup, salad, stuffed pork tenderloins, pasta in an alfredo sauce with prosciutto, chicken and peas, and a few other things for us plus desserts. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Hope you all enjoy it!

Went to step-daughters. She had turkey, ham, potato salad, deviled eggs, and we took green beans, sweet potato casserole, and rolls. Everything was great.

Yep. It's a recipe mom has made for years. Dad never cared for for cranberries, so this is what she made.

My first deep fried thunder chicken!
everyone loved it. Not as difficult as people make it out to be, just have some common sense.

Homemade brine , soaked it for 48 hrs , injected some brine prior to frying.
